Germany, where I come from, produces several noteworthy examples of the traditional Helles Munich Lager which translates to bright, an apt descriptor for my style's exceedingly lively and drinkable character. I rise above the rest with an iconic flavour profile that matches my maker, Weihenstephaner and their legacy as the worlds oldest brewery. As the best representation of Old Bavaria's native beverage of choice, I pour a glittering pale-yellow hue with a handsome foam head that releases mild biscuit aromas balanced with bittering hops of lemongrass, floral and pepper notes. I am delicate, crisp, and refreshing with unique flavour complexities that are neither too sweet nor too bitter. \"Perfect\" is what my drinkers call me.
