Preparation

• • Serving Suggestion for Char Siew Chicken (serves 4 people) :
• • Serving Ingredients:
• 1. 1 jar of FairPrice Char Siew Sauce
• 2. 1kg chicken fillet (boneless)
• 3. Cooking oil for greasing oven tray
• • Method:
• 1. Marinate chicken with 3/4 jar of char siew sauce and leave it for 2 hours
• 2. Pre-heat oven till 180°C
• 3. Place the marinated chicken onto a greased oven tray and grill for 15 minutes
• 4. Turn over the chicken meat and glaze with the remaining char siew sauce
• 5. Grill for another 15 minutes
• 6. Slice and serve
