PREPARATION
- Deep fry fish at 180°C or 5 minutes / Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden
- Heat up sauce and add in sauce (optional garnish: onions, capsicums, pineapple chunks)
- As soon as sauce starts to simmer, transfer fish into the wok and toss gently to coat.
