PREPARATION

  • • To Steam:
  • 1. Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes
  • 2. Pour in 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
  • 3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes
  • • To Fry:
  • 1. Stir-fry 600gm of prawn, squid or chicken together with 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
  • 2. Add in 200ml of water (1cup)
  • 3. Continue cooking until boil and serve hot
