PREPARATION
- • To Steam:
- 1. Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes
- 2. Pour in 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
- 3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes
- • To Fry:
- 1. Stir-fry 600gm of prawn, squid or chicken together with 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
- 2. Add in 200ml of water (1cup)
- 3. Continue cooking until boil and serve hot
