PREPARATION

• To Steam:
1. Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes
2. Pour in 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes
• To Fry:
1. Stir-fry 600gm of prawn, squid or chicken together with 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
2. Add in 200ml of water (1cup)
3. Continue cooking until boil and serve hot
