This is really great tasting Goma Abura of Japan. Sesame oil to be finished at the table. The taste and richness will deepen. For pickles, natto, cold tofu, soup, somen noodles, ochazuke, etc. The "mild" type, which has a soft aroma, goes well with light and delicately seasoned dishes such as rice with eggs and miso soup.
