The raw material "Sweet potato" is made from fresh Satsuma Imo, which has been carefully cultivated by dedicated, passionate farmers in Kagoshima prefecture. The water used is natural groundwater polished by the earth, and the special use of "Shiro Koji" white yeast brings out the unique flavor and umami introduced in the last years of the Meiji era. Furthermore, we distilled it with our original pot still. The smooth and fluffy light scent that spreads in your mouth and the gentle, crisp sweetness of "white koji" that brings out a refreshing flavor, and the carefully grown fresh sweet potatoes from Kagoshima prefecture, and it is a genuine sweet potato shochu that was created by a unique manufacturing method that was carefully prepared using natural groundwater polished by the earth and softly distilled.
