PREPARATION

  • Cooking Method (Deep Fry)
  • 1. Remove the Crispy Flour from bag.
  • 2. Defrost the Seafood Meat Ball completely (in the original packaging) in the chiller or under running water.
  • 3. Mix all of the Crispy Flour with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil and 5 tablespoons (70ml) of water into a smooth batter.
  • 4. Heat oil to about 170C - 180C. 5. Coat the Seafood Meat Ball with the batter, deep fry until golden brown.
  • 6. Serve hot.

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • Keep frozen at or below -18C.
  • Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
