PREPARATION
- Cooking Method (Deep Fry)
- 1. Remove the Crispy Flour from bag.
- 2. Defrost the Seafood Meat Ball completely (in the original packaging) in the chiller or under running water.
- 3. Mix all of the Crispy Flour with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil and 5 tablespoons (70ml) of water into a smooth batter.
- 4. Heat oil to about 170C - 180C. 5. Coat the Seafood Meat Ball with the batter, deep fry until golden brown.
- 6. Serve hot.
STORAGE INFORMATION
- Keep frozen at or below -18C.
- Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
