The Bull Head sha cha barbecue sauce originated 60 years ago and is known for its authentic Taiwanese taste. The sauce is carefully made with whole dried fish, chilli, garlic, onion and ginger. The sauce is rich in vitamins A, B and C. Sha Cha Sauce is a Chinese condiment made from oil, garlic, shallots, chilies, and seafood (usually dried shrimp). Shacha Sauce is primarily used in the cuisines of Fujian, Teochew (Chaozhou), and Taiwan. It adds umami flavor to many dishes, including soups, meat marinades (i.e. as a rub for roast meats, which probably got its named as Chinese BBQ Sauce, stir-fries and dipping sauces.

PREPARATION
