  • PREPARATION

    Stir-Fried Chicken with Spicy Black Bean Sauce:
    1. Marinate 350g (12oz) chicken meat (cut into pieces) with 1/2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch
    2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tablespoon of oil until done
    3. Add 6 shallots (skinned and crushed), 2 slices of ginger, 2 spring onions (sectioned), 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce and 3 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Spicy Black Bean Sauce
    4. Stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through, serve 4
