Australian grassfed Oyster Blade Steak highly trimmed, connective tissue in the middle of the steak was not removed & ready to used, with no added preservative, coloring & additives. it is portion approx. 200-230g each for your convenience to save up 30minutes of Prep & clean up time. This special cut are lean, extremely tender, juicy and full of flavour. The only way to break down the tough connective tissue in the middle of a blade steak is to cook it slowly with moist heatin other words, by braising it. Braise it for about an hour and you'll end up with a tender, juicy, and flavorful steak.
