PREPARATION

- Defrost in the chiller overnight or under running water. Once completely thawed, can be consumed cold.
- Cooking Method 2 (Reheat) Immerse the frozen duck wing in boiling water for 8 minutes. Remove from the bag and eat hot.
STORAGE INFORMATION
- Keep frozen at or below -18C.
- Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
