- Cooking Method (Pan-fry)
- 1. Place frozen gyoza on a pre-heated greased non-stick pan on medium heat.
- 2. Add about 250 to 300ml of water to the pan and cover with lid.
- 3. Let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the water has reduced, remove the lid.
- 4. Continue to cook until gyozas base turns golden brown.
- Serve with shredded young ginger and dipping sauce.
