PREPARATION
- Cooking directions:
- 1. Heat up water in a pot
- 2. Add in Mee Rebus paste and bring to boil
- 3. Next, slowly add in flour solution to thicken the gravy
- 4. Blanch yellow noodle and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds
- 5. Drain off the water
- 6. Portion the yellow noodle into individual bowl
- 7. Pour hot gravy over
- 8. Top it off with garnishes
