PREPARATION

  • Cooking directions:
  • 1. Heat up water in a pot
  • 2. Add in Mee Rebus paste and bring to boil
  • 3. Next, slowly add in flour solution to thicken the gravy
  • 4. Blanch yellow noodle and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds
  • 5. Drain off the water
  • 6. Portion the yellow noodle into individual bowl
  • 7. Pour hot gravy over
  • 8. Top it off with garnishes

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
