Greek Yoghurt | 150 g |
Unsweetened Orange Juice | 1⁄2 cup |

Coconut Flakes | 1 tsp |
Strawberries | 2 |
Blueberries | 4 |
Blackberries optional | 2 |
Chia Seeds | 1 tsp |
Baked Cashews crushed | 2 tsp |
How to cook
Method
- In a blender, add frozen berries, banana, spinach, greek yogurt and orange juice.
- The amount of orange juice depends on how thick you want the smoothie to be (less juice = thicker smoothie).
- Blend till smooth.
- Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, crushed cashews, coconut flakes and chia seeds. Serve & enjoy!
