1/2 cup FairPrice Olive Oil
1/3 cup FairPrice Full Cream UHT Milk
2/3 cup FairPrice Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
2 cups FairPrice Tapioca Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Water
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
- Pour the olive oil, water, milk and salt into a large saucepan over high heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove it from heat immediately; stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside for up to 15 mins.
- Stir the cheese and egg into the tapioca mixture until well combined. Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake until lightly browned for 15 – 20 mins.
