Ingredients
250g Whipping cream
150g Egg Yolk
190g Milk
60g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry, blueberries, mint leaves for garnish
Method
- In a small bowl, combine 150g egg yolk, 60g sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add 250g whipping cream and 190g milk to the mixture and blend it well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into two ramekins.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 165°C (330°F).
- Remove from oven and chill for at least 4 hours
- Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top of each portion in the ramekins and broil this in the oven to form a layer of crispy caramel and ready to eat.
