Easy Creme Brulee

250g Whipping cream
150g Egg Yolk
190g Milk
60g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry, blueberries, mint leaves for garnish 

  1. In a small bowl, combine 150g egg yolk, 60g sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Add 250g whipping cream and 190g milk to the mixture and blend it well until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into two ramekins.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 165°C (330°F).
  5. Remove from oven and chill for at least 4 hours
  6. Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top of each portion in the ramekins and broil this in the oven to form a layer of crispy caramel and ready to eat.
