1 loaf of French baguette
55g Olive oil
250g Pasar Cherry Tomato
150g Feta Cheese
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Oregano Leaves

Ingredients (Optional)

1 loaf of French baguette

  1. Slice the french baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. Preheat the oven or airfryer to 190°C and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is crisp and slightly brown. (You can also toast it over a pan in low heat) 
  3. Slice the cherry tomato into halves. 
  4. Combine the tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and feta until well coated. 
  5. Top each slice of the toasted baguette with a tbsp of the mixture. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve
