Ingredients
1 loaf of French baguette
55g Olive oil
250g Pasar Cherry Tomato
150g Feta Cheese
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Oregano Leaves

Method
- Slice the french baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
- Preheat the oven or airfryer to 190°C and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is crisp and slightly brown. (You can also toast it over a pan in low heat)
- Slice the cherry tomato into halves.
- Combine the tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and feta until well coated.
- Top each slice of the toasted baguette with a tbsp of the mixture. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve
