Black Garlic Chicken Soup

Ingredients

1kg Chicken Hen
500g Lean Pork Meat
250g Pork Ribs
150g Chicken’s Feet
80g Black Garlic

Method
  1. Remove all black garlic skin
  2. Wash chicken, lean pork meat, pork rib and chicken’s feet
  3. Place chicken hen, lean pork meat, pork rib, chicken’s feet and black garlic into a large soup pot
  4. Add water enough to cover all ingredients and bring it to a boil over medium heat
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, until the meat falls off the bone for about 120 minutes skimming off foam as required
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Pour soup into a bowl
  8. Serve and enjoy while it’s hot
