Ingredients
1kg Chicken Hen
500g Lean Pork Meat
250g Pork Ribs
150g Chicken’s Feet
80g Black Garlic
Method
- Remove all black garlic skin
- Wash chicken, lean pork meat, pork rib and chicken’s feet
- Place chicken hen, lean pork meat, pork rib, chicken’s feet and black garlic into a large soup pot
- Add water enough to cover all ingredients and bring it to a boil over medium heat
- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, until the meat falls off the bone for about 120 minutes skimming off foam as required
- Season with salt and pepper
- Pour soup into a bowl
- Serve and enjoy while it’s hot
