Turmeric Chicken Wings

Ingredients

10 Chicken Wings
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Method
  1. Separate the chicken drumlets and mid-joints.
  2. Place the chicken into a ziplock bag.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and massage well.
  4. Chill for 2 – 3 hours.
  5. Air fry the chicken in batches at 200°C for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Plate up and serve.
