Cheesy Breakfast Croissant

250gm Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes Cheese
3 large eggs
1 packet of bacon/ham/avocado (or any preferred topping)
2 stalks of spring onion
Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Cook eggs, scrambled/sunny side/over easy/poached etc. Garnish with chopped spring onion/chives and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cut croissant horizontally, take cheese and put a layer over on the inside of the croissant.
  3. Place cooked eggs over cheese and top it up with more cheese.
  4. Place croissant into oven at 180°C for 7-8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  5. Top up with some pan-fried bacon/topping of your choice.
