Whole Chicken Legs | 4 |
Plain Yogurt | 1 cup |
Minced Garlic | 4 |
Minced Fresh Ginger | 2 tbsp |
Lemon Juice | 2 tbsp |
Vegetable Oil | 3 tbsp |
Ground Coriander Seed | 1 tsp |
Ground Cumin | 1 tsp |
Ground Turmeric | 1 tsp |
Sweet Paprika | 1 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1 tbsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Marinade chicken
- Add all ingredients except the chicken into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Start baking
- Bake chicken for at least 20 minutes at 180°C, the chicken is done when its juices run clear.
- Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
