Teriyaki Benja Chicken

Ingredients

2 pieces Benja rozen Raw Skin-On Boneless Chicken Leg Skin, chopped into half
½ cup Soya sauce
½ cup Mirin
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1 clove Garlic, sliced
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 ½ tsp Sesame oil
Any vegetables of your choice for the sides

Method
  1. Combine soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, garlic and brown sugar in a ziplock bag or container (which chicken fits snugly). Mix well. ⠀⠀
  2. Add boneless chicken legs into the bag/container and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate it overnight.
  3. When ready to cook, heat sesame oil. Using high heat, add the chicken and pan fry until the chicken is dark and glossy. ⠀
  4. Add vegetables or other side dishes of your preference and serve.
