Eggs | 8 |
Butter | 200 g |
Plain Flour | 160 g |
Cocoa Powder | 1⁄2 tbsp |
Baking Powder | 1 3⁄4 tsp |
Bicarbonate Soda | 1⁄4 tsp |
Cooking Chocolate cut into small pieces | 200 g |
Castor Sugar | 200 g |
Coffee Oil (purchase in-store) | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Method
- Melt chocolate, sugar and butter over double boiler.
- Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and beat at speed 3 or till mixture is cooled.
- Add in coffee oil and ingredients. Mix in at slow speed till well mixed.
- Lastly, add eggs one by one and beat slowly until well combined.
- Pour in 8 greased Ramekin bowls and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Once it’s been baked, wait for about 5–10 minutes then take it out.
- Served with ice cream and strawberry.
