All-Purpose Flour sifted | 180 g |
Corn Flour sifted | 50 g |
Cinnamon Powder sifted | 1 tsp |
Corn Flakes finely ground | 120 g |
Butter | 140 g |
Caster Sugar | 50 g |
Vanilla Essence | 1 tsp |
Egg use yolk | 1 |
For Decoration | |
Corn Flakes coarsely crushed | |
Cooking Chocolate melted |
How to cook
Prepare ingredients
- Beat butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients (all-purpose flour, cornflour, cinnamon powder, butter) and knead into a dough.
- Shape into small balls and flatten slightly.
Start baking
- Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
- When cool, dip the top and sides in cooking chocolate and coat with coarsely crushed corn flakes.
- Fill a piping bag with cooking chocolate then pipe onto the center of cookies.
