How to cook

Marinate beef

  • Marinate Beef Boneless Short Ribs cubes with Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce and Potato Starch for 1hour.

Let's cook

  • Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, chopped red onion, dried chilli till fragrant for 1minute.
  • Next add marinated beef short rib cubes into wok / pan and sauté for 1min constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
  • Season with Gong Bao Sauce and continue to sauté for another 30secs.
  • Ready to serve.
