Chilled Australian Beef Boneless Short Rib (1.5cm Cubes) | 150 g |
Sesame Oil | 20 g |
Oyster Sauce | 20 g |
Potato Starch | 20 g |
Oil | 15 g |
Garlic (Sliced) | 1 piece |
Red Onion (Rough Chopped) | 20 g |
Dried Chilli (Cut) | 10 g |
Gong Bao Sauce (Any Brand) | 50 g |
How to cook
Marinate beef
- Marinate Beef Boneless Short Ribs cubes with Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce and Potato Starch for 1hour.
Let's cook
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, chopped red onion, dried chilli till fragrant for 1minute.
- Next add marinated beef short rib cubes into wok / pan and sauté for 1min constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Season with Gong Bao Sauce and continue to sauté for another 30secs.
- Ready to serve.
