150g Chilled Australian Beef Boneless Short Rib (1.5cm cubes)
20g Sesame Oil
20g Oyster Sauce
20g Potato Starch
1 Piece Garlic (sliced)
20g Red Onion (rough chopped)
10g Dried Chilli (cut)
50g Gong Bao Sauce (any brand)
- Marinate Beef Boneless Short Ribs cubes with Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce and Potato Starch for 1hour.
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, chopped red onion, dried chilli till fragrant for 1minute.
- Next add marinated beef short rib cubes into wok / pan and sauté for 1min constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Season with Gong Bao Sauce and continue to sauté for another 30secs.
- Ready to serve.
