Hokto Mushroom & Beef Bibimbap

100g Hokto Bunashimeji
100g Hokto Bunapi
100g Maitake
250g Thinly Sliced Beef
3tbsp Yakiniku Sauce
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 bundle Garlic Chives
800g Rice
3 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Salt
4 Egg yolks
Sesame Seeds
Olive Oil

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with yakiniku sauce in a bowl, cover it up and leave in fridge for 15 mins
  2. Cut off the hard bottoms of Hokto’s Maitake, Bunashimeiji, Bunapi and divide them into small bunches
  3. Slice the garlic into long pieces and cut the bell pepper into strips
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil into a hot pan, add the sliced beef into the pan and saute. Take out the beef once the color changes
  5. Place mushrooms in the pan with sliced red bell peppers, sprinkle sesame oil and salt, cover and steam on medium heat for about 3 minutes
  6. Arrange the beef, mushroom and vegetables into a rice-filled bowl, place an egg yolk in the middle and sprinkle sesame seeds
