How to cook

Prepare the wonton crisp

  • In a saucepan filled with oil, deep fry the wonton strips over medium heat until golden and crisp.
  • Drain on a paper towel lined tray then set aside.

Prepare the sauce

  • Combine plum sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, five spice powder and water in a small bowl then set aside.

Assemble and serve

  • Arrange all the ingredients onto a wide plate/tray with the salmon in the center.
  • Drizzle the plum sauce then toss.
