Snow Fungus | 1 piece |
Pandan Leaves | 1 bundle |
Red Dates seedless | 10 |
Dried Longans | 30 g |
Wolfberries | 1 tbsp |
Brown Rock Sugar adjust accordingly to your liking | 100 g |
Water | 2.2 l |
How to cook
Prepare peach gum & snow fungus
- Soak peach gum overnight till soft and remove impurities.
- Soak snow fungus till soft and cut off the hard stem.
Start cooking
- In the pot, bring water till boil and add in pandan leaves and red dates, simmer for 15 mins.
- Add in Peach Gum & Snow Fungus and simmer for another 10 mins.
- Next, add brown rock sugar and stir till dissolved.
- Off heat and add in dried longans and wolfberries and cover with lid.
- Serve hot or chilled and enjoy.
