How to cook

Prepare peach gum & snow fungus

  • Soak peach gum overnight till soft and remove impurities.
  • Soak snow fungus till soft and cut off the hard stem.

Start cooking

  • In the pot, bring water till boil and add in pandan leaves and red dates, simmer for 15 mins.
  • Add in Peach Gum & Snow Fungus and simmer for another 10 mins.
  • Next, add brown rock sugar and stir till dissolved.
  • Off heat and add in dried longans and wolfberries and cover with lid.
  • Serve hot or chilled and enjoy.
