Garlic (Sliced) | 2 cloves |
Onion (Sliced) | 50 g |
Kimchi (Any Brand) | 70 g |
Salt (To taste) |
How to cook
Let's start cooking
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger till fragrant for 1minute.
- Next add Beef Rump slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Add in Kimchi and continuously stir to evenly mix around pan.
- Season with Salt to taste and ready to be served.
