(2mm Sliced)

Oil
20 g
Garlic
(Sliced)
2 cloves
Onion
(Sliced)
50 g
Kimchi
(Any Brand)
70 g
Salt
(To taste)

How to cook

Let's start cooking

  • Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger till fragrant for 1minute.
  • Next add Beef Rump slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
  • Add in Kimchi and continuously stir to evenly mix around pan.
  • Season with Salt to taste and ready to be served.
