Stir Fried Spicy Kimchi Australian Beef Rump

150g Chilled Australian Beef D-Rump (2mm sliced)
20g Oil
2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
50g Onion (sliced)
70g Kimchi (any brand)
Salt (to taste)





  1. Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger till fragrant for 1 minute.
  2. Next add Beef Rump slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30 secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
  3. Add in Kimchi and continuously stir to evenly mix around pan.
  4. Season with Salt to taste and ready to be served.
