150g Chilled Australian Beef D-Rump (2mm sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
50g Onion (sliced)
70g Kimchi (any brand)
Salt (to taste)
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger till fragrant for 1 minute.
- Next add Beef Rump slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30 secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Add in Kimchi and continuously stir to evenly mix around pan.
- Season with Salt to taste and ready to be served.
