Ginger and Scallion Beef

226g Beef Tenderloin/Flank
1 tsp Corn Starch
2 tbsp
1 inch Thinly shredded Ginger
3 stalks Scallions

1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Maggi Seasoning
1 tsp Sesame oil
4 tbsp Water
1 tsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 dashes White Pepper Powder

  1. Cut beef into slices, coat with corn starch and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add oyster sauce, Maggi seasoning, sesame oil, water, 1 teaspoon corn starch, sugar, salt and white pepper powder into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a wok with high heat and add in shredded ginger to stir-fry. Add in beef slices and stir-fry until beef is cooked.
  4. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir-fry until sauce thickens. Toss in scallions and serve
