Ingredients

400g Chilled Australian Beef Brisket (whole piece)
120g BBQ Sauce (any brand)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method
  1. With a whole piece of Beef Brisket, smoulder the BBQ sauce all around the meat.
  2. Next place meat on aluminium foil with the BBQ marinade, wrap and seal the edges to make a package.
  3. Place into an 120°C Oven / Air Fryer and cook for 5hours.
  4. Once done, remove from oven / air fryer and slice to serve.
