Ingredients
400g Chilled Australian Beef Brisket (whole piece)
120g BBQ Sauce (any brand)
Method
- With a whole piece of Beef Brisket, smoulder the BBQ sauce all around the meat.
- Next place meat on aluminium foil with the BBQ marinade, wrap and seal the edges to make a package.
- Place into an 120°C Oven / Air Fryer and cook for 5hours.
- Once done, remove from oven / air fryer and slice to serve.
