Ingredients
150g Chilled Australian Beef Knuckle (3mm Sliced)
20g Sesame Oil
30g Oyster Sauce
20g Potato Starch
15g Oil
1 Piece Garlic (Sliced)
30g Ginger (Sliced)
20g Spring Onion (2cm Long Cut)
30g Oyster Sauce
15ml Hua Tiao Chiew
White Pepper Powder (to taste)
Method
- Marinate Beef Knuckle slices with Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce and Potato Starch for 1hour.
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger and spring onion till fragrant for 1minute.
- Next add marinated beef knuckle slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Season with Oyster Sauce and continue to sauté for another 20secs.
- To finish off with Hua Tiao Chiew and White Pepper Powder
