Stir Fried Australian Beef Knuckle with Spring Onion & Ginger

150g Chilled Australian Beef Knuckle (3mm Sliced)
20g Sesame Oil
30g Oyster Sauce
20g Potato Starch
15g Oil
1 Piece Garlic (Sliced)
30g Ginger (Sliced)
20g Spring Onion (2cm Long Cut)
30g Oyster Sauce
15ml Hua Tiao Chiew
White Pepper Powder (to taste)


  1. Marinate Beef Knuckle slices with Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce and Potato Starch for 1hour.
  2. Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced garlic, sliced ginger and spring onion till fragrant for 1minute.
  3. Next add marinated beef knuckle slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30secs constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
  4. Season with Oyster Sauce and continue to sauté for another 20secs.
  5. To finish off with Hua Tiao Chiew and White Pepper Powder
