Ingredients
15 Mini Indian Peppers
2 tsp Lime Juice
1 cup Paneer
½ Red Onion
½ tsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Powdered Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chilli
½ Tomato
2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the mini indian pepper vertically in half and remove the seeds.
- Soak paneer in hot water until it turns soft and crumble it.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius
- Chop chilli, onion and tomato and mix it with paneer
- Fill the mini peppers with the mixture and sprinkle a little cheese over it.
- Place them in a baking tray and bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
- Remove the baked mini stuffed peppers and serve!
