Stuffed Mini Indian Peppers

Ingredients

15 Mini Indian Peppers
2 tsp Lime Juice
1 cup Paneer
½ Red Onion
½ tsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Powdered Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chilli
½ Tomato
2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Salt to taste

Method
  1. Cut the mini indian pepper vertically in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Soak paneer in hot water until it turns soft and crumble it.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius
  4. Chop chilli, onion and tomato and mix it with paneer
  5. Fill the mini peppers with the mixture and sprinkle a little cheese over it.
  6. Place them in a baking tray and bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
  7. Remove the baked mini stuffed peppers and serve!
