Baked Boneless Masala Chicken Leg with Abalone Marinate

1 kg Boneless Chicken Leg, cut into small chunks
10g Garam Masala Spices
3 tbsp Woh Hup Abalone Sauce
50g Garlic, grated
20g Ginger, grated
50g Shallots, grated
2 tbsp Knife Brand 100% Pure Groundnut Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
200g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
Lemon Grass

    1. Place the chicken in a large bowl and mix with all the ingredients.
    2. Keep the above mixture refrigerated for 15 mins to allow it to marinate.
    3. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25 mins or till cooked.
    4. Stick the chicken pieces into the lemon grass before serving.
