Plant-based Crab Cake Sliders

Ingredients

3 pieces Omni Crab Cake
3 set Burger buns (toasted)
½ pc Tomato (sliced)
1-piece Red Cabbage (shredded)
1-piece Cabbage (shredded)

SRIRACHA MAYO SAUCE
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Vegenaise

 

Method
  1. Place Omni Crab Cake in a pre-heated air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix sriracha and vegenaise well.
  3. Assemble the burger bun by sandwiching shredded cabbage, tomato, sriracha mayo and Omni Crab Cake and serve!
