Ingredients
3 pieces Omni Golden Fillet
1 Potato
1 Lemon
3 tbsp Agave Syrup
Cooking Oil
Salt (to taste)
Method
- Air fry Omni Golden Fillet in air-fryer under 190°C for 12, set aside.
- Wash the potato and cut into strips without skin, then soak in ice water to reduce starch level and pat dry with towel or kitchen towel.
- Heat oil to 160°C and deep-fry potato strips over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then turn to high heat and deep-fry for 30 seconds, drain and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
- Juice ½ lemon and mix well with agave syrup, then drizzle on golden fillet.Heat oil in a pan to cook the patties.
- Cut ¼ lemon into a wedge as garnish, then zest the remaining ¼ lemon and sprinkle on top of Omni Golden Fillet.
