Ingredients
340g Beef Sirloin Steak
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Minced Parsley
½ tsp Minced Garlic
¼ tsp Soy Sauce
⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper
Method
- Add 1 tablespoon butter into a small bowl and toss in some parsley, garlic and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper onto steak.
- Heat remaining butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in steak, cook until meat reaches one’s preference of doneness, 4 to 7 minutes per side.
- Serve with garlic butter.
