Ingredients
100gm Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza Cheese
2 large Portobello mushrooms, stalks removed
1 packet of bacon/ham/avocado (or any preferred topping)
2 stalks of spring onion
Croissants
Salt and black pepper to taste
For stuffing:
Mushroom stalks, chopped
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Mix stuffing ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil
- Stuff into the mushrooms
- Top with Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese
- Bake 180°C in oven for about 10mins or until top is golden brown
- Chef’s Tip: You may also use button mushrooms for smaller bites!
