Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
200 g
Garam Masala Spices
10 g
Abalone Sauce
3 tbsp
Garlic
grated
50 g
Ginger
grated
20 g
Shallots
grated
50 g
Lemon Grass
Cooking Oil
2 tbsp
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp

How to cook

Prepare chicken

  • Place the chicken in a large bowl and mix with all the ingredients.
  • Keep the above mixture refrigerated for 15 mins to allow it to marinate.

Start baking

  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25 mins or till cooked.
  • Stick the chicken pieces into the lemongrass before serving.
