Boneless Chicken Leg cut into small chunks | 1 kg |
Low Fat Natural Yoghurt | 200 g |
Garam Masala Spices | 10 g |
Abalone Sauce | 3 tbsp |
Garlic grated | 50 g |
Ginger grated | 20 g |
Shallots grated | 50 g |
Lemon Grass | |
Cooking Oil | 2 tbsp |
Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Prepare chicken
- Place the chicken in a large bowl and mix with all the ingredients.
- Keep the above mixture refrigerated for 15 mins to allow it to marinate.
Start baking
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25 mins or till cooked.
- Stick the chicken pieces into the lemongrass before serving.
