Sweet & Sour Christmas Bells

400g Seawaves Prawn Balls
Oil for deep frying
1 Red Bell Pepper*
1 Green Bell Pepper*
½ cup Pineapple Chunks
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Lettuce for garnish

Sweet & Sour Sauce:
6 tbsp Ketchup
1½ tbsp Plum Sauce
1½ tbsp White Vinegar
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Sugar

  1. Cut red and green bell peppers into 1-inch squares. Set aside.
  2. Mix all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Deep-fry Seawaves prawn balls until golden brown and set aside.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry bell peppers and pineapples until fragrant.
  5. Add sweet and sour sauce mix. Once it thickens, add fried prawn balls.
  6. Toss and coat prawn balls with sauce. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
