How to cook
Step 1
  • Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 2
  • Add in kalian and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
Step 3
  • Add in crispy pork and seasoning – oyster sauce, water, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper – and continue to stir fry for another 3mins.
Step 4
  • Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
